I am not talking about tap dancing...though that is a grand thing! My sister andI tapped danced as little kids. We had great fun even if we had to practice on the cement basement floor so we won't mark up the linoleum in the family room! We were called the cutie kids...enough said about that! Think purple tutus!! Okay letting that memory moment go for now.
No... what I am talking about today is tapping. Tapping is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology. You tap on your meridian points on your body while saying certain statements. It is not magic but it can feel that way.
Tapping a technique you can learn and practice to help you deal with a lot of different issues.
I am not always a "background" person. You know the type of person who has to know the ins and outs of something before they put in into practice. I am more the "okay I will give it a whirl" kind of person.
That's how I discovered tapping. I read about it...tried it and got immediate relief from some anxiety I was feeling.
Then something interesting happened. I kept seeing tapping being brought up by other people as almost afterthought. Oh they were in a crisis and used tapping. Huh?! Kinda of like when you buy a red car and then all you see is red cars. When your awareness is heighten...it was there all the time. You just didn't notice.
If you are not familiar with this life changing tool there is very good news! The 5th Annual Tapping Summit takes place on line in February and it's free. A fabulous opportunity to experience tapping with many experts. You owe it to yourself to check it out. It's great information plus you get a chance to practice tapping and connect with amazing people.
It's free but I am sure you will have a chance to upgrade to certain packages if you would like. That's been available every year. This is not an affiliate link. I am just happy to share the information with you :)

Very informative post. I was taught EFT last year and have used it consistently ever since, for all manner of things. It's like magic really, and free, portable and no side-effects! I'd recommend any one to learn to tap.
