Your world spinning? Things feel like they are falling apart? It happens to the best of us. No matter what your plan looks like..what steps you are taking in your life...if you are human...every once in awhile things can feel like they are spinning out of control.
If you have never had the experience of spinning...well consider this a skill set you can develop just in case.
Did you know I have a gold medal in spinning? Oh yes I do :) Not the "sport" I was looking for but we kind of found each other that past couple of years. I have gotten better and better at handling it! Practice will do that for you.
There's a couple steps I have put together to help you reach gold medal status like me. Because if you are going to do something, do it the best you can!
Today...the first step. And it is the most important step. You need to breathe. Yes...breathe.
Sounds easy but when things are going crazy around you the first thing people forget to do is stand still and just breathe. Stand still and breathe.
You need to breathe deeply...not those shallow little breaths. Breathe deep down to your soul. A good way to get centered is to take a deep breathe then hold it as you count to 10 and then exhale. Do that three times. It helps you get grounded. You need to ground yourself. Then you are ready for step 2.
