You are.

You are. 

And on any given day that is more than enough. 

You are. 

You are here. You are a gift. You are the sun and the moon. You light up someone else's world whether you know it or not. And most importantly you have the power to light up your own.

That would be the key.  You are more than enough. You are the holder of your answers and the key to your own happiness. You are more powerful than you have been lead to believe. (We will talk about why that happens later!)

You may not know this but according to my trusty dictionary "are" is the present tense verb of "be". And "be" is to live; exist.  And a verb as we all remember from grade school is an action word! :)  There is our Saturday morning revelation...You are...a verb. You are alive and exit. And we are all better for it.

You are more than enough. Sure...you can always get better.

But today and every day You are more than enough.

Every day is not about self improvement.

But every day should be about appreciation for who You are.

If you don't currently appreciate that about yourself...today is a grand day to start.

Today as you look around your life and wonder what is next...can I handle it?   Remember you can...because You are.

Now go out there today and be the verb You are :)!
